In seriousness now, the Neo-Spacian motif seems risky at best.
Giant Trunade over Heavy Storm looks really bad, especially considering that, once your opponent realizes you intend to control their hand out their ass, they'll probably start setting far more in order to protect cards they want to keep... which would in turn make them prime destruction targets for Heavy Storm.
Even with Royal Oppression it, and the Monster Reborn you're also lacking are just too good not to play. Even your Counter Traps shouldn't be in the way of Heavy Storm, as Magic Drain / Drastic Drop Off seem like things you'd blow off far more quickly than Solemn Judgment... which itself rarely gets in the way of your own Heavy Storm. I honestly can't even try to justify why you're not playing Monster Reborn, especially considering you're not even maining the full Royal Oppression suite. Simple things such as reviving your own Spirit Reaper or Sangan can completely change the outcome of the game, and your opponent will almost always have some prime Tuner or something you can grab when those aren't available.
Speaking of Magic Drain. I know its really good once you start controlling the opponent and leave them without that second Spell, but it seems like a big liability before you're set up, and a needless risk since Solemn Judgment has higher utility and can kill every bird with the same stone.
