The idea behind this deck is fairly simple. You want to gain tons of card advantage through Tuningware and De-Synchro. You then use all that card advantage to OTK your opponent.
The most common scenario uses Junk Synchron. You summon Junk Synchron, and special summon a Tuningware from your graveyard. You then chain Inferno Reckless Summon, or use Machine Duplication immediately afterward. This will leave you with a field of three Tuningware and a Junk Synchron. Even with Junk Synchron's effect on one Tuningware, you can synchro summon any level monster six through eight, and draw three cards from the Tuningwares. After that, you play x De-Synchros, to get back the Junk Synchrons, and synch again for three more cards. You then use all that card advantage to win.
One way this deck wins is synching for Black Rose Dragon. Black Rose blows up the field. You then draw your way to summoning Dark Armed Dragon, a level eight through Destiny Hero - Malicious and Plaguespreader Zombie, and Monster Reborning Black Rose Dragon. If I activated Heavy Storm or Giant Trunade before I synched though, I normally get out a Dark Strike Fighter, making it much easier to achieve the OTK.
